Billing
Home Concierge costs $150 per yearly subscription. Your credit card is charged the entire amount upon check out.
How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a Home Concierge subscription you will receive an email containing your login password and instructions for logging in. Because Home Concierge resides online, you will not receive a physical product in the mail. We recommend using a high-speed internet connection.
How to Login
Go to our website,
www.BCBHomeConcierge.com
and click Customer Login in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your email address and password and you're ready to start.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
We do not issue refunds but you can cancel your Home Concierge subscription. If you wish to cancel, email
Cancel@BCBTechnologies.com
and include your full name and email address associated with the account. There are no refunds.
